This is a temporary role through Magnit for a leading healthcare insurance company in the US. Schedule Notes: Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm EST Training – 9:00am – 6:00pm (2-3 weeks) Position is 100% remote as of now – possibly hybrid; candidates need to be local to Orlando, FL Overview: Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks. Performs simple data entry… sorts requests, and maintains files.
Understands simple instructions and procedures. Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision. Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions.
