What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Oversee, prepare, and produce accurate and timely payrolls for multiple clients, adhering to state and federal regulations
– Check clients’ employees’ timesheets for accuracy and make necessary adjustments
– Review and validate payroll reports, investigating and resolving discrepancies
– Maintain confidentiality and security of all client payroll information and employee PII
– Respond to payroll-related inquiries from clients and their employees
What is Required (Qualifications):
– At least 5 years of proven experience processing end-to-end payroll in a medium to large organization
– Prior experience working in a multi-client environment
– Expert knowledge of ADP WFN and Paylocity
– In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Certified Payroll Professional certification is a plus
– Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
– Excellent math and numerical skills
