What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Serve as the primary resource for large, complex Managed Payroll Premium customers
– Manage multiple cases to ensure service level agreements and high client satisfaction levels are met
– Coordinate and distribute Managed Payroll work across the team
– Lead client calls and assist with complex Workday configuration of pay components
– Support Professional Services during new customer implementations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required at the time of hire or 15+ years of customer service and payroll experience involving end-to-end processing
– Associates degree or higher preferred
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
– Strong understanding of payroll processes, procedures, and compliance
– Experience with complex payroll configuration and year-end support
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in an outsourcing environment, payroll, or tax
– Workday Payroll experience
– Knowledge of multi-jurisdiction tax and payroll year-end adjustments
– Systems implementation experience
– Experience with Salesforce programs
