Provider Call Center Inbound Contacts Representative

Handle inbound calls from healthcare providers and provide exceptional customer service.
Answer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards callers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with callers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Accurately document all interactions and update customer records.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to callers.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handle time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations.
Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Fulfill any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
