Responsibilities
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Cold call, direct email, internet lead generation activities using our CRM platform.
• Placing 100 outbound calls per day.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Some evenings and weekends (flex schedule)
Requirements
• Be prepared to make big commissions
• Property & Casualty license – required.
• Minimum of recent 1+ year previous Allstate experience – required.
• Minimum 2 years prior successful sales experience is preferred.
• Bonus if you are located in Mountain or Pacific time zone.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must be highly self-motivated. Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills. Be coachable.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial
