Remote Certified Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities…
• Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
• Present insurance options in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting key benefits and features.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

Required Skills:
• Two years of experience in Medicare Advantage sales.
• Must have active insurance license at the moment of hiring.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficient at conducting phone calls, with a knack for building rapport and establishing trust remotely.
• Friendly and personable attitude, with a genuine desire to help customers find the best insurance solutions for their needs.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Capable of answering back-to-back calls.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer:
• 100% Home office
• Hourly payrate: $20.00 USD with unlimited commissions per sale, with the opportunity to earn up to $2000 weekly, commissions included.
• Schedule: 9am to 6pm EST (Weekends off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,833.00 – $102,605.00 per year
