Responsibilities
• Achieve sales goals through Live Lead Transfers, generating new business with requotes, winbacks and cross-selling existing customers
• Manage your Sales pipeline and follow up
• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
• Serve by advising on converges that prepare for life’s uncertainties
• Represent and hold an ethical standard and positive… mindset
Job Qualifications
• Strong passion to help people and interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
• Confident, self motivated individual who works well independently
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up with consistency
• Coachable with the ability to operate with integrity at all times
