What is Required (Qualifications):
– 2+ years of prior Claims Adjuster experience
– Active 6-20 All-Lines (Independent/Company) license with required continuing education
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills
– Minimum high school diploma or GED
