What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Calculate, prepare, and record multi-client payrolls accurately and timely
– Review timecards for errors and coordinate payroll funding
– Track vacation and sick hours for accuracy
– Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws
– Prepare payroll-related reports and ad-hoc financial reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-state payroll
– Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks
– Knowledge of federal labor laws, IRS regulations, and payroll taxes
– Ability to work independently with attention to detail
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience with Intuit Payroll
– Active Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
