Job Summary :

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis aimed at improving portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance for consumer products and related divisions, such as credit cards.

Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of multiple business and technical-related topics and independently driving strategic improvements, large-scale projects, and initiatives.

Job expectations include working with business counterparts within the Line of Business and partner organizations including Risk and Product teams.

Partner to develop processes, routines, and tools to evaluate and strengthen initiative management, including initiative sizing analytics and review for approval, control plan / measurability assessments, and confirmation of successful deployment and achievement of expected benefits.

Job Responsibilities :

Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance
• Coaches and mentors peers to improve proficiency in a variety of systems and serves as a subject matter expert on multiple business and technical-related topics
• Identifies business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions and communicates findings to senior management
• Supports execution of large scale projects, such as platform conversions or new project integrations by conducting advanced reporting and drawing analytics based insights
• Manages routines to evaluate incoming business cases to ensure sizing of benefits is realistic based on proposed project improvements
• Develop reporting / updates to summarize the portfolio of initiatives and performance against expected benefits
• Partner to develop enhanced tools to improve our ability to intake initiatives and ingest into capacity planning processes

Required Qualifications :
• 3+ years’ experience project analytics / benefit sizing
• 3+ years’ experience with call center analytics / capacity planning modeling
• Proven ability to manage projects, exercise thought leadership and work with limited direction on complex problems to achieve project goals while also working as part of a broader team
• Expert communicator, able to simply and concisely communicate complex information at multiple levels of the organization
• Flexible, self-starter, fast-learner – willing and able to quickly learn new technologies and skills
• Experience with analytical tools, including Excel, SQL, SAS

Desire Qualifications :
• Familiarity with UCRA, CAST, and other change management tools
• Familiarity with financial planning processes related to resource planning
