Your Role…
Develop and Manage Solutions: Proactively lead the development and management of cross-market repeatable financial solutions and financing programs.
Build Relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with financing partners, including commercial banks, finance companies, private credit insurers, private equity firms, and multilateral finance institutions.
Identify and Implement Financing Structures: Discover effective financing structures for large projects and take ownership of the end-to-end financing process.
Deal Structuring and Negotiation: Assess, structure, and negotiate new deals, manage the due diligence process, and work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from initial transaction to revenue and cash flow.
Strategic Financing Solutions: Drive the creation of strategic and selective new financing solutions that minimize balance sheet use while meeting market and customer needs.
Coordination and Collaboration: Maintain close coordination with various internal teams to prevent overlap and ensure cohesive efforts.
Deal Creation: Actively contribute to generating and managing new deals, working closely with account managers and funnel management teams.
You’re The Right Fit If
Education: Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred.
Experience: Over 10 years of experience in structured customer financing within the financial sector, preferably with a background in healthcare financing.
Skills: Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financing products, including loans, leasing products, and receivables. Proficiency in financial modeling (e.g., NPV/IRR analysis) and experience with due diligence.
Relationship Management: Proven experience in developing and managing relationships with financial institutions and partners.
Negotiation and Presentation: Executive-level negotiation and presentation skills.
Team Collaboration: Strong team player with leadership and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in complex, culturally diverse, and virtual teams.
Additional Information
Location Requirement: Must reside in or be within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA. Relocation benefits are not provided.
