As a Wealth Planner, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice. You’ll work closely with our Client Care team to support clients through the financial planning process, addressing their retirement, risk management, investment, estate, and tax needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop a deep understanding of our planning and investment philosophies.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for planning, investment management, and service.
• Perform detailed analysis and scenario planning to uncover opportunities and gaps in areas such as retirement planning, cash flow management, risk management, investment management, tax efficiency, and estate planning.
• Create, edit, and present financial plans using tools like eMoney, Black Diamond, and Holistiplan.
• Formulate and implement risk and investment recommendations tailored to client goals, while identifying new revenue opportunities.
• Determine asset allocation based on clients’ needs, risk tolerance, and investment goals.
• Keep detailed records of client communications, case notes, and requests within our client relationship management platform.
• Manage the onboarding process for new clients and maintain existing client accounts and assets.
• Collaborate with the operations team, investment committee, and other professionals to ensure a seamless and proactive client experience.
• Actively support and contribute to our firm’s strategic initiatives.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst).
• 2+ years of direct client-facing experience in financial planning, wealth management, and investment planning.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, insurance, and financial planning strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for engaging with clients and teammates.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to provide thoughtful recommendations and solutions based on client goals.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented self-starter.
• Strong team player with the ability to adhere to process and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with the financial industry, financial products, financial planning concepts, and investment management.
• Series 66 securities registration within 100 days of employment, and Series 7 within one year.
• Missouri Life and Health Insurance License is a plus but not required.
