Customer Service:
• Provide clients with prompt, accurate and courteous service via our call center to both internal and external clients including inbound call center support, online chat, and website inquiries.
• Assist with a variety of inquiries and requests regarding debit/credit cards, account transactions, online/mobile banking, opening new accounts, etc…
• Process teller transactions through the Bank’s interactive teller channel to include check cashing, deposits, fund transfers, withdrawals, etc.
Financial Services Sales:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank of Oak Ridge clients.
• Expand client relationships by identifying client needs and developing solutions to their financial goals.
• Promote, refer, and cross sell clients to the Bank’s other lines of business.
Compliance:
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering federal regulations and guidelines, internal bank policies, and complete annual training requirements.
Requirements
• Minimum education level of HS diploma or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of customer service experience relative to the job.
• Two (2) years of financial services industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients primarily over the phone or video.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Team player with positive, professional attitude
