• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Recurring monthly journal entries
• Monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows)
o Comparative, divided divisionally if possible
o Management summary, including relevant ratios and KPI’s
o Variance analysis
• Quarterly condensed financials statements for investors, including brief commentary
• Preparation of sales tax filings (1-3 per quarter)
• Track accounts payables and prepare for payments for company sales tax and insurance
