As a Financial Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in providing expert financial advice and tailored solutions to our clients. Responsibilities

Conduct consultations with clients via Zoom to assess their financial needs and provide expert advice.

Prepare customized financial recommendations based on individual analysis.

Stay informed about the latest financial developments and share relevant information with clients.

Adhere to all risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.

Build and manage your own book of business with full ownership from day one.

No quotas or sales targets.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with the potential to earn between $25,000 and $200,000 annually, depending on your dedication and performance. Opportunities for growth and promotions are based solely on your performance, with no limits on earning potential or commission caps.

Qualifications

Self-motivated, hardworking, and committed to exceptional client service.

Management experience is a plus.

Life insurance and annuity licenses are beneficial, but we provide support for licensing if needed.
