Job Description Summary : Under general direction the person in this role performs a combination of routine tasks, with general direction and broad guidance on how to complete them. Job Description Collects and analyzes data to improve organizational compliance Creates simple workflows with GRC software support tools such as LogicGate, ServiceNow, or Prevalent and/or Office 365 tools such as SharePoint Supports business partners in use of new simple workflows created with GRC software support tools such as LogicGate, ServiceNow, or Prevalent and/or Office 365 tools such as SharePoint and fulfills enhancement requests of moderate complexity Prepares complex reports and dashboards using… visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Effectively manages multiple projects with competing deadlines and provides regular status updates on each Leverages subject matter expertise and professional judgement to share compliance insights within the department Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree- in heath care administration, compliance, law, business, finance or other relevant academic discipline 3-5 years’ experience in creating workflows to collect data and preparing complex reports and dashboards to aggregate data in insurance or comparable, highly regulated field Intermediate knowledge of GRC software support tools such as LogicGate, ServiceNow, or Prevalent and/or Office 365 tools such as SharePoint Strong written and oral communication skills with professional business writing experience (SOP development, business requirement collection, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree Certifications: CHPC (Certified Healthcare Privacy Compliance); CHC (Certified Healthcare Compliance); CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional); CCEP-F (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional – Fellowship; CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional); CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager); CIPT (Certified Information Privacy Technologist) At Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (Blue KC), we have long put our members first by developing products and services to meet their needs.
