The Moriah Insurance Agency with Allstate is growing and is currently seeking candidates to fill a position for a remote full-time Licensed Sales Producer. This position entails sales and service to new and existing customers and prospects. Candidate must have a strong sales acumen, be organized, reliable and display strong problem-solving skills in handling day-to-day… activities.
Flexible, remote, work from home opportunity available, does requires minimum technology requirements be met to successfully complete and perform the required work.
Job Responsibilities
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Documenting all customer and prospect interaction in CRM (Lead Manager)
• Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
Job Requirements
• A Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license in good standing is required.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Professional phone etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
