What You’ll Do
• Build and nurture a network of referral partners and customers.
• Drive business growth through referrals and relationships with clients and real estate professionals.
• Complete loan applications accurately and gather necessary documentation from borrowers.
• Evaluate clients’ needs and financial situations to recommend the best loan products.
• Negotiate loan terms clearly and fairly with clients.
• Manage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
• Communicate effectively with our Operations team to ensure efficient loan processing.
What You Need
• At least 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience.
• Active NMLS license(s) or eligibility for Temporary Authority to Operate.
• Strong relationship-building skills over the phone.
• Commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
• Adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent personal management and customer service skills.
• Proven sales ability and a drive to achieve and excel.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
