Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will:
• Receive warm transfers and leads from our contact center and national accounts.
• Build rapport with clients nationwide, analyzing their financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Utilize advanced AI technology and marketing tools to facilitate the loan origination process.
• Lock loans at the point of sale and manage initial documentation through HubSpot.
• Collaborate with administrators and underwriters to ensure smooth processing and timely closings.
Requirements
• Current, valid NMLS license or eligibility to obtain one soon.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage sales preferred.
• Familiarity with Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA loans.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM/CMS system is a plus.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment.

Work Schedule
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
• Closed Sundays and holidays
