Position Overview
Are you a motivated and positive individual seeking a rewarding career opportunity? We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our processing team, offering the flexibility to work remotely or from our office in Tempe, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a subject matter expert on our policies, procedures, products, and technology.
• Manage a multi-state loan pipeline with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan process.
Required Skills
• Minimum of three (3) years of mortgage lending and processing experience.
• Proficiency with mortgage software systems such as DU, DO, GUS, and LP.
• In-depth knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and Non-QM programs.
• Strong understanding of processing, compliance, and underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Benefits
