Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Mortgage Processor to join our team on a per closed file basis. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the mortgage industry and, if currently working for another broker, must hold the appropriate licensing. This role will involve working with a variety of banks to process and close mortgage loans. The position offers flexibility and… can be performed remotely or in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage mortgage loan files from application to closing.
• Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with lender requirements.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and banks to facilitate timely closings.
• Review loan conditions and ensure they are met prior to submission for final approval.
• Maintain communication with clients to keep them informed of the loan status and required documentation.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Processor, with a strong understanding of the mortgage loan process.
• Licensing is required if currently working for another broker.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in mortgage processing software and familiarity with various lender requirements.
