Project Coordinator/Loan Processor (Remote)

Seeking a US Military Veteran, National Guardsman, Reservist and/or Military Spouse to work for our client as a Project Coordinator. This is a remote, contract position that will last for 3 months. NO corp to corp.

In this function, you will call existing suppliers to validate and/or update existing supplier profile data, key points of contact, and assist with setting the supplier up on our new Multi-Factor Authentication process.

As part of this process, you will ensure you are speaking to a valid point of contact through calling provided known good numbers within the system of record, or if necessary, identifying valid phone numbers from previous contract records, published corporate numbers, or internal business users who can provide validated contacts. Once confirmed, you will work with the validated contact to update the supplier record as required to ensure valid and up to date profile and contact information and assist with setting up their MFA log-in with Google Authenticator.

The ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills, is confident making outbound phone calls, and have high attention to detail as it relates to following documented processes for ensuring they are speaking with a valid contact.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Using a defined verbal 2 factor authentication process, perform outbound phone calls to existing suppliers to ensure you are speaking with a valid contact

· Verify key supplier profile data to include primary points of contact, accurate contact information, corporate address, and supplier corporate entity name

· Update supplier profile data and contact information in the procurement system of record as required including securing updated documentation in the event change of address/legal name, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent phone skills and comfortable making manual outbound phone calls

· Ability to operate within a repeatable and defined set of parameters while maintaining high attention to detail

· Experience analyzing and verifying supplier related business documentation to include W9, Banking Credentials, Licensing, etc.

· Previous experience with ERP or Procurement systems a plus (PeopleSoft, Workday, Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba)

· Previous Procurement/Supplier Enablement, Loan Processing, or Business Operations experience preferred

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Call Center Experience a plus

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
