Responsibilities:
– Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and issues through online chat, email, or phone
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
– Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
– Manage projects related to client engagement and satisfaction
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively
– Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client needs are met
Requirements:
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Excellent analysis skills to understand and address client needs
– Basic project management skills to oversee client-related projects
– High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
