What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Process assigned client payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely completion while addressing any discrepancies
• Calculate paychecks from gross to net, incorporating pre-tax and after-tax deductions
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Manage requests for paycode/deduction setup, job codes, and other payroll changes
• Respond to audit data requests and maintain updated payroll procedures documentation
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum 3 years payroll processing experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a client-facing role
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with UKG Pro strongly preferred
• Some college coursework
• Advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of the rationale behind payroll transactions
• Previous experience with a HRO, PEO, or payroll processing firm
