What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Provide managed payroll administration services and Workday payroll processing support for a portfolio of clients
– Manage and respond to cases daily to ensure service level agreements and high client satisfaction
– Troubleshoot quarter and year-end audit reports and provide recommendations
– Collaborate with peers and customer teams to effectively support customers and resolve requests
– Meet quality and production metrics and scorecards consistently
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Associate degree or higher preferred
– Minimum 3 years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing, research, payroll logic, and troubleshooting
– At least 1 year of experience with taxes at the federal, state, and local levels
– 1 year of experience with garnishments and a general understanding of their processing
– Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in an outsourcing environment, specifically in payroll or tax
– Familiarity with Workday and Salesforce programs
