What you will do:
• Perform monthly close activities including preparation of journal entries, maintaining account reconciliations and monthly flux analysis
• Assist in reconciling subledger to general ledger account balances
• Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets and intangibles schedules
• Prepare support for quarterly and annual audits, including compilation and preparation of detailed schedules, back-up supports for initial and follow up requests and financial reports
• Assist in developing and documenting business processes, procedures, checklists, and policies
• Participate in process improvement including automation of manual processes among others.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
• Other Accountabilities as Assigned
How you will grab our attention:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting with CPA license is preferred
• 3+ years of combined experience in public accounting and monthly financial close processes.
• Knowledge and experience working with Oracle ERP is highly desired
• Advanced excel skills
