What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Review closed loan packages and post-closing documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Identify discrepancies and facilitate resolutions to ensure quality control
• Collaborate with loan operations partners and third parties on outstanding issues
• Monitor compliance and performance trends to recommend training or process improvements
• Utilize software applications to track and maintain loan documentation and records
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Loan Closing Coordinator, Loan Closing Specialist, or equivalent role
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Advanced skills in computer applications and Microsoft Office
• Thorough knowledge of loan compliance policies and closing processes
• Ability to analyze and interpret commercial loan documents accurately
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience using relevant banking and document storage software applications
• Banking compliance experience is preferred
