Responsibilities

• Manage Payables and Receivables: Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
• Track Expenses: Monitor and categorize business expenses.
• Process Payroll: Assist in payroll processing.
• Prepare Reports: Generate financial statements and reports.
• Support Tax Preparation: Assist with tax filings.
• Use Accounting Software: Utilize tools like QuickBooks or Xero.
• Collaborate: Work with team members and clients.

Qualifications
• Experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
