MTG Services has been retained to locate an experienced mortgage underwriter with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience underwriting mortgage loans. The ideal candidate will have direct experience manually underwriting loans and also have experience underwriting assumable loans. You must have your DE to be considered.
Responsibilities…
• Review all credit, income, and asset documentation to decision loan files
• Audit loan files to ensure compliance with all federal, state, municipal, and investor requirements
• Review appraisal and title reports
• Experience in post-closing/due diligence

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under stringent timelines
