What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Lead Gosu Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in PolicyCenter (Gosu) and Full Stack development
– Implement complex solutions, including functional requirements, coding, support, and agile team leadership
– Application development, writing, collaboration, and strong communication skills
– Design, develop, and deploy solutions on AWS Cloud technologies
– Utilize CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and various products for efficient development
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Advanced knowledge and experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (Gosu) and Full Stack Design and Development
– Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and AWS Cloud technologies
– Knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Technical curiosity and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 0-2 years of experience as a Lead Gosu Software Engineer in the insurance and financial services industry
