Job Description:
Progressive is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in New York City, NY. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with customers. This role requires a motivated and resilient individual who is able to research and think creatively to solve customer inquiries… effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through live chat.
– Research and provide accurate information to resolve customer issues and questions.
– Utilize creativity to enhance the customer experience and find innovative solutions.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
– Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
– Maintain knowledge of products, services, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements:
– 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
– Motivated and resilient personality traits.
– Strong research skills and the ability to think creatively.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
– Comfortable working independently and in a remote team environment.
– Proficiency in using chat software and other customer service tools.
