What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Lead plant financial reporting, spend management, annual budgeting, and variance investigation
– Collaborate with the plant leadership team to provide financial impact analysis and cost-saving recommendations
– Ensure fiscal integrity in accounting practices and financial reporting across plant operations
– Support capital and non-capital projects by validating cost assumptions and providing productivity recommendations
– Develop new product costing models and assess productivity impact of new product startups at the plant
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
– 3-5+ years of experience in finance, with preference for manufacturing plant experience
– Knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting processes
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Willingness to travel occasionally for training and meetings
