Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provides the critical technical foundation for Citi’s operations and is responsible for delivering reliable IT solutions, scalable infrastructure services, and secure capabilities while creating a trusted customer experience and enabling Citi’s workforce to be the best for our clients. Making the bank simpler, greener, and better connected while powering it with trusted, well-secured data, and automating policy enforcement through code are all at the heart of our refreshed global strategy.

The Infrastructure Senior Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for driving End User Support Programs and governance. The overall objective is to coordinate, manage and advise a team of professionals on technical and strategic concepts and activities.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations, and executive leadership, to achieve project objectives and align them with the company’s goals.
• Develop and manage the program roadmap.
• Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify and manage dependencies between projects within the program.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to review progress, gather feedback, and make informed decisions.
• Implement and manage program governance standards and process.
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks, developing mitigation strategies where necessary.
• Ensure proactive problem resolution and escalate issues as appropriate to minimize impact on program success.
• Make recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Responsible for delivery of end results and resource planning; shares responsibility for budget management which directly impacts the Technology Infrastructure area.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, evaluate controls to help mitigate negative outcomes through prevention, detection and correction.
• Persuades and influences others through communication skills; may negotiate with external parties.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
• Ability to manage teams.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.

Qualifications:
• 6-10 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role with people management experience.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience.
• Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills.
• Ability to partner with virtual and in-person teams, define goals to a team, and work under pressure or to a deadline.

Education:
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent work experience.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$125,760.00 – $188,640.00
