This individual will be responsible for…
• Integrating all newly acquired facilities onto internal processes and systems
• Perform accounting due diligence for potential transactions.
• Attend company integration calls to coordinate center on-boarding needs with other departments.
• Collaborate with other organization leaders to develop & streamline acquisition due diligence & integration processes.
• Performing external financial statements and reporting
• Assisting external auditors with SEC reporting
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Experience in Workday Adaptive Planning
• Background in healthcare industry is a PLUS
