What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Conduct financial analysis of contracts and assist with end-of-month processing and review
– Collaborate with the accounting team and cross-train team members
– Balance Personal Teller Machines (PTM) and assist with cash tracking duties
– Review and input vouchers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
– Assist in the collection of audit and examination information as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum one year of similar or related experience
– 2- or 4-year Accounting degree
– Proficiency in operating a 10-key calculator by touch
– Ability to use PC spreadsheet software and multiple computer-based programs
– Normal courtesy in dealing with others, with minimal contact usually within the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in financial analysis or accounting roles
– Familiarity with General Ledger accounts and month-end processes
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
– Knowledge of audit processes and cash tracking systems
– Comfortable with technology and adapting to new software
