Job Summary

As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and operations teams. Your main focus will be on managing the budget, forecast, and month-end processes. You will analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improving accuracy and profitability. This position involves assisting regional and division leaders with budget preparation, financial forecasts, and monitoring performance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide training to operations and support staff on business drivers and company metrics.

Develop measurable goals, financial dashboards, and client-facing reports.

Recommend actions to enhance financial performance.

Act as a catalyst for improving business processes and procedures.

Manage monthly billing functions, including reports and backup documentation.

Create and review month-end reports for both internal and client needs.

Track and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.

Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting with a target variance of less than 5%.

Engage in other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance with a proven track record of career advancement.

Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple layers of the organization.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to various levels of management.

High proficiency in Excel for managing data and developing financial models.

Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to set and achieve goals efficiently.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Anticipated travel: 20-30%.
