About The Role
In this role, you will:
Manage Overdue Processes: Analyze open balances and overdue items, release blocked customer orders, and handle both inbound and outbound activities to facilitate collections while minimizing bad debts.
Prepare Reports: Generate and reconcile reports with customers.
Analyze and Resolve Issues: Provide insights and support in resolving demand failures and ensure smooth processing of orders.
Perform Checks and Controls: Conduct checks and controls in line with established standards.
Monitor KPIs: Participate in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
What We’re Looking For
A professional with a university degree in Economics, International Relations, Accounting, or Finance (preferred).
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with SAP (a plus).
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large volumes of data.
Strong analytical skills with effective communication and time management abilities.
Confident in English, both written and spoken, at an intermediate level or above.
