Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning: Oversee financial expense planning, including monthly close, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning. Collaborate with internal and external partners to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Financial Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and communicate financial results to business leaders. Identify and resolve expense variances, ensuring effective processes are in place for managing business changes.

Cost Management: Execute product standard costing, calculate the cost of goods manufactured (COGM), and determine cost per unit (CPU).

Productivity Initiatives: Lead initiatives to improve productivity and apply lean concepts to reduce waste.

Support and Documentation: Assist finance leadership and functional teams with ad hoc requests and special projects. Document analysis and workflow activities to ensure proper support and standardized procedures.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

Or Master’s degree with 2 years of finance experience

Or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of finance experience

Or Associate’s degree with 10 years of finance experience

Or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of finance experience

Preferred Qualifications

MBA, CPA, or CMA

Experience in a large global organization, with expertise in economic analysis and evaluation

Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion)

Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and tools

Solid technical finance skills (accounting, planning, modeling)

Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and solve strategic problems

Strong leadership and influencing skills
