Key Responsibilities
• Assist Customers : Help individuals understand their coverage and select the right products, services, and solutions to meet their health and financial needs.
• Respond with Compassion : Address customer inquiries with active listening and select the best solutions efficiently.
• Identify and Upsell : Recognize customers’ additional needs and assist them in upgrading their products or services.
Requirements
• Health Insurance License : Must have a current health insurance license in your state of residence.
• Sales Experience : At least six (6) months of sales experience.
• HIPAA Compliance : Integrity in following HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
• Customer Service Skills : Strong customer service orientation.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
Base wage of $18 per hour.
Seasonal stipend of an additional $3 per hour (July 15th to December 15th), raising the pay to $21 / hour.
Monthly performance bonuses, with potential earnings up to $28 / hour during the season.
