Job Summary: As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products remotely via phone and digital channels. Your primary responsibilities include:
• Prospecting and developing leads to build a pipeline of potential clients
• Conducting virtual sales presentations and consultations
• Analyzing clients’ insurance needs and recommending suitable coverage options
• Providing exceptional customer service to meet sales goals
• Maintaining accurate records and completing compliance documentation
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Motivation for success in a sales environment
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with video conferencing tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Passion for helping individuals and families
