Comprehensive Customer Service and Sales: Manage both inbound and outbound calls to provide thorough support throughout the customer journey.

Respond with Empathy: Handle customer inquiries with active listening and offer thoughtful solutions in a timely manner.

Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Recognize additional needs customers may have and assist them in enhancing their products or services.

Requirements

Health Insurance License: A current health insurance license in your state of residence is required.

Sales Experience: At least six months of experience in a sales role.

HIPAA Compliance: Commitment to following HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy.

Customer Service Skills: Strong orientation toward providing excellent customer service.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
