What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Perform general loan servicing tasks and provide support for overall loan operations functions
– Review daily and periodic reports to ensure seamless servicing of customer accounts
– Initiate mortgage wire transfers and process check disbursements and payments as needed
– Provide daily support for Indirect Auto Lending and mortgage selling operations
– Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Minimum one year of banking experience required
– Must be professional and comfortable communicating with various contacts
– Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and applications
– Demonstrated ability to convey thoughts effectively in written formats
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– One year of loan operations experience preferred
– Knowledge of Financial Processing core systems preferred
– Exceptional interpersonal skills and a solution-focused approach
– Ability to learn new systems and adapt to workflow changes
