We are looking for motivated and professional Mortgage Loan Officers who are passionate about delivering financial literacy and superior loan options, ensuring a rewarding experience for families and individuals. What You Will Do
• Cultivate and maintain a network of referral partners and customers.
• Generate business through referrals and relationships with individuals, existing clients, and real estate professionals.
• Accurately complete loan applications and gather necessary documentation from borrowers.
• Assess clients’ needs and financial situations to recommend the most suitable loan products.
• Negotiate loan terms with clients, ensuring clarity and fairness.
• Manage loan applications from initiation to closing, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
• Foster positive communication with our Operations team to ensure efficient loan processing.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience.
• Active NMLS license(s) or eligibility for Temporary Authority to Operate.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships over the phone.
• Commitment to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.
• Adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements and guidelines.
• Strong personal management skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience.
• Exceptional sales skills with a strong drive to achieve and excel.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
