Remote Audit Manager

What You’ll Do
Lead Audit Engagements: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audits for a diverse range of clients, ensuring all work aligns with professional standards and internal policies.
Client Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing valuable insights, and delivering top-notch service.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train audit staff, helping them grow professionally while maintaining the high quality of work.
Quality Assurance: Review audit work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance audit processes and contribute to the development of our audit methodologies and tools.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure our audit engagements meet the highest standards.
What We’re Looking For
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Expertise: CPA license required.
Experience: 5-7 years of audit experience in public accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards, along with proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.
Remote Experience: Previous experience working remotely or managing remote teams is a plus.
