Maintaining Financial Accuracy: You’ll ensure smooth financial operations by recording journal entries, tracking compensation details, reconciling accounts, and supporting monthly and annual closing procedures.
Compensation Expertise: Partnering with HR and other departments, you’ll administer the firm’s incentive compensation program, track awards, and facilitate communication regarding compensation.
Process Improvement Champion: You’ll identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the finance team.
Collaborative Spirit: You’ll work closely with various internal teams like Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and Management Reporting to ensure seamless financial operations.
To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Possess
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA a plus).
4-8 years of experience in corporate reporting or financial management.
A keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to high-quality work.
Proficiency in Excel, with VBA experience a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with OneStream software (advantageous) and understanding of ledger databases (preferred).
Bonus Points
Knowledge of recent GAAP pronouncements.
Experience with monthly/annual closing procedures using GL systems.
