Objectives…
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for new insurance contracts, including, life and annuities.
• Cultivate prospective new business through our proven system nationwide.
• Determine specific client needs by researching coverage options, cross-sales, referrals, and renewals
Responsibilities
• Learn to generate sales leads from various engagement initiatives within the training of a proven system.
• Proactively contact leads and schedule appointments to recommend appropriate policies, quotes, and coverages.
• Determine specific client needs by researching current coverage and options, and grow and maintain business through product sales, cross-sales, referrals, your own circle of influence, and renewals
• Once trained, meet or speak with clients daily, providing information about policies and answering questions related to coverage and premiums
• Obtain underwriting approval through completion of coverage application
• Expand professional skill set through workshops, networking events, and professional organizations
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
• Ability to communicate in more than one language
• Flexible schedule and being coachable
• Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
• Current licensure and good standing with relevant authorities
Life insurance license is preferred but NOT required, we reimburse licensing costs after the completion of training sales.
