As an Accountant for our US-based client, you will be responsible for handling financial
transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records. You will

Responsibilities:
• Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including account and bank reconciliations,
invoicing, billings, payments, bank uploads, finance logs, and report
generation.
• Prepare financial statements and other reports, involving cash flow, balance
sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies.
• Execute month-end closing activities, involving journals, forecasting, and
analysis.
• Oversee entire client ledgers, proactively managing and resolving any
discrepancies that may arise.
• Provide comprehensive accounting services across all facets of the client’s
business.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any
accounting related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience is handling US GAAP and/or US Accounting Firms.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Online and Unanet).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a stable internet connection for a temporary work from home
arrangement.
• Willing to work on 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM shift (Manila Time).

Pay: From $772.00 per month
