What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Manage end-to-end issue management and resolution processes, ensuring timely remediation and escalations to Senior Leadership
– Track and correct impacted transactions while providing consultation to business unit and technical management
– Collaborate with business partners to identify key stakeholders and drive issue remediation
– Produce documentation of issues impacting business operations for management review
– Investigate and correlate individually reported issues to larger enterprise issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Proven ability to lead calls, facilitate major incidents, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
– Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
– Proficient in Microsoft business applications such as Excel and Word
– Strong initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Minimum of 2+ years of technical or operations experience with relevant applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or 4+ years of job-related experience
– General knowledge of technical support or development in application or infrastructure areas
– Familiarity with the Facets application or similar products
