Job Details for a Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent:
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST (Multiple shifts available)
• Pay Rate: $25 per hour + Commissions and Bonuses
• Set up: High-speed internet access (10/15 MBPS Upload and 100 MBPS Download) with a hard-wired connection. Computer with Windows 10 or higher (Chromebook Mac and tablets not compatible), dual monitors, keyboard, webcam, and USB headset with noise cancellation.
• Environment: Enjoy working in a fast-paced call center work environment.
• Duration: This is a contract position projected to start in October and go until Dec. 15th, 2024.

Job Responsibilities for a Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent:
• Must have active listening skills to partner with the customer to understand and process their request.
• Handle inbound calls and enroll customers in policies based on their individual needs.
• Represent the company by providing an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• ACA experience required (minimum one OEP selling experience).
• Previous call center experience is preferred.
• Dedicated, secure, distraction-free workspace and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
License/Certification:
• Health Insurance License (Required)
• State Health Insurance License (Required)
• Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) Certification (Required)
What You Can Expect:
• Paid training (3 weeks, starting in October)
• $20 – $25 per enrollment in commissions for enrollments and renewals (paid out after the close of the program).
