Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to manage and oversee our international payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global payroll processing, partner and vendor management, ensuring compliance with various international labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

International Payroll Management:
• Process payroll for employees across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with local payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Handle payroll-related queries and issues from international employees and Client HR and finance teams.

Compliance And Reporting
• Ensure compliance with international payroll laws and regulations, including tax filings and reporting requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations in various countries.

Data Management
• Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data and payroll changes on our client’s technology platform.
• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of payroll data.

Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the payroll function and implement changes.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes.

Communication And Coordination
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient payroll processing.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and management, with experience in international payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., Sage, Quickbooks).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in payroll (e.g., CPP, FPC) is a plus.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
